Vanessa is an experienced horsewoman who started her photography business in the thoroughbred racing industry with her then business partner, Patrick McGrath. During the 80’s, they travelled to all the major studs in Australia including Colin Hayes’s property in Angaston SA and numerous properties throughout Scone and Muswellbrook NSW, as well as all leading trainers and studs throughout Victoria. This included photographing the top Stallions at Stud during that era.
Vanessa went on to specialize in photographing people but has always maintained her interest in photographing horses, and has covered events for many of her local clubs.
She now offers, not only a studio and location photography service for the equine industry but also a location for those clients who do not have access to an outdoor/country/ horse property.
